We have several membership options that make it easy to fit BrewCity CrossFit into your busy schedule.

Unlimited memberships allow you to come as often as you like. Our program is designed so that you can attend 4 or 5 days per week, and most of our members do! Unlike the globogyms, we want you to attend! To get the most out of our program, an unlimited membership is your best bet.

If you’re using CrossFit to supplement your workout routine, we also offer punch card memberships.

  • At BrewCity CrossFit, our mission is simple: give our members every opportunity to become fit beyond expectations in an environment that is effective, fun, and quintessentially "Milwaukee." Founded in 2011, we pride ourselves on our experienced coaches, our robust class schedule, our tough and intelligent workout programming, our fantastic facility, and most of all, our amazing community.

    Whether you’re brand new to working out, or a competitive athlete, you’ll be glad you joined BrewCity!

  • The magic is in the movement. CrossFit workouts are different every day and can be modified to help each athlete achieve their goals. The workouts may be adapted for people at any age and level of fitness.

    Classes are 1 hour and consist of a general warm-up, a specific warmup for the movements being used in that day’s class, strength or skill work, and then the Workout of the Day (WOD). The strength portion of our program will run in 8 to 12 week cycles where we focus on several lifts for that cycle. We follow a progression, then deload and test. Our Workout of the Day will be different each day in terms of what movements we use, duration, loads, etc.

  • You don’t have to get in shape to start CrossFit; you start CrossFit to get in shape! Many people starting fresh at BrewCity CrossFit consider themselves "out of shape". We help people of all fitness levels learn proper technique and ramp up their fitness level at an appropriate pace. Most of our new members find that they were intimidated by CrossFit at the beginning, but quickly fell in love with the varied workouts, incredible friends, and supportive coaches. Now's a great time to start on a path to better fitness. Benefit from experienced coaches and a fun, supportive community.

  • We welcome people of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds. All we ask is you come with a positive attitude. The only way to find out if our community and approach to fitness is right for you, though, is to try. Schedule your free trial class now.

  • CrossFit is for everybody! Functional movements are the focus and are essential to how we move our bodies every day; CrossFit exercises and workouts are often scaled in the beginning to match each person’s level of ability and conditioning. We focus on proper movement and consistent mechanics before increasing weight or intensity. You’ll be amazed at what you can do!

  • We utilize movements that are functional; they mimic how your body actually moves. We do classic calisthenics like push-ups, sit-ups, air squats, burpees, and jumping rope; power lifting movements like back squats, presses, and deadlifts; Olympic lifts, cleans, jerks, and snatches; gymnastics movements like pull-ups, handstand push-ups, and muscle-ups.
