  • Our flagship program is designed to build a broad, functional foundation of fitness that prepares you for anything life throws your way. Each 60-minute session is led by an expert coach and includes a structured warm-up, a skill or strength segment, and the Workout of the Day (WOD).

    We focus on constantly varied, high-intensity functional movements—ranging from rowing and running to gymnastics and weightlifting—to ensure you never plateau. With over 60 classes a week, our robust schedule makes it easy to stay consistent. Every movement is scalable, meaning we meet you exactly where you are today.

  • Brewcity is proud to be the home of the Milwaukee Barbell Weightlifting Club. Whether you're an aspiring competitor or a CrossFitter looking to dial in your technique, we provide the platform and coaching to help you lift with precision and power.

    Our program focuses on the two primary Olympic lifts: the Snatch and the Clean & Jerk. We prioritize safety and technical proficiency above all else. New to the barbell? We offer "all-levels" weightlifting classes every week that are perfect for rookies looking to build explosive strength and better body mechanics in a supportive environment.

  • Looking for a high-intensity burn without the complex barbell movements? Our Conditioning classes are the perfect entry point for those new to functional fitness or anyone craving a lower-skill, high-energy workout.

    These sessions focus on High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), utilizing rowing, running, biking, kettlebells, and bodyweight movements to boost your cardiovascular endurance and metabolic rate. It’s all the "sweat" and community of a CrossFit class with a simplified movement list—making it the most beginner-friendly way to get a world-class workout in Milwaukee.

OTHER CLASSES

CrossFit Foundations

CrossFit Foundations is our Beginner or New-to-CrossFit program. In it, we teach you all of the essential movements of CrossFit and how to get the most out of your membership. These are 1-on-1 or small group sessions that can be scheduled at your convenience.

You’ll leave Foundations ready to hop into any group class and perform the movements safely and with confidence!

Gymnastics

CrossFit Gymnastics is a skills focused class designed to improve your technique in various movements including pull-ups, muscle-ups, handstand push-ups, handstand walking, toes-to-bar, and rope climbing. We focus on a specific skill each month and follow progressions in order to improve at that month’s movement.

Open Gym

While we strongly encourage our members to attend classes and follow our program, we do offer Open Gym all day long. Members can use the facility any time to do some supplemental lifts, an extra WOD, ride a bike or run on a treadmill. Open gym is included in all of our Unlimited memberships or as a stand-alone Open Gym Only membership.
