THE 3-STEP PROCESS

1) Let's Chat
Fill out the form below and we’ll chat and get you scheduled for your free trial class - The best way to see what we do and how we run a class is to experience it for yourself! Don’t worry, even if you’ve never done CrossFit before, we can scale weights and modify the workout to any fitness and ability level.

2) Complete Foundations
If you like what you saw in your intro class, we’ll get you set up with your three Foundations Sessions. You’ll meet with one of our coaches 1-on-1 or in a small group to cover all of the foundational movements we use in CrossFit to build up your confidence, and answer any questions you might have about the gym.

3) Join the Gym!
You’re ready to attend group classes! We continue to teach and correct movements in all of our classes. As you follow our programs, you’ll see improved fitness, increased strength, and better movement patterns. It’s a lifelong process and we hope you’ll let us be a part of it!
