Are you interested in starting CrossFit? Or know somebody who is? The next cycle of Elements starts this week! Elements classes are Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:30pm and run for 3 weeks (6 classes total). Come get in the best shape of your life!
Just a reminder that Friday evening classes are now at 5pm and 6pm (rather than 4:30 and 5:30). Also, we will not be having regular classes on Labor Day Monday, September 3rd. Instead we will have class at 9am and 10am. Also, don’t forget we have added an Olympic Lifting class at 11:00am on Saturdays.
