We hope everyone had a blast at the Brewer Game this weekend!  Now it’s time to get back to work!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

WARM-UP:
Run or Row
Dynamic Stretch

STRENGTH: Low Bar Back Squat:
5 (60%) – 3 (70%) – 2 (80%) – 2 (90%) – 1 (95%) – 1 (103%)
*Base percentages off of 90-95% of 1 RM

WOD:
4 Rounds For Time
10 Thruster (95/65)
20 Push Up
200 M Sprint

FINISHER:
3 Round
30 Sec Superman
30 Sec Plank

COOL DOWN: Foam Roll/Stretch (5 minutes)
