Upcoming Events

Great Lakes Distillery Tour.  We’re planning on taking the Great Lakes Distillery Tour after the evening WODs this Friday, April 27th.  More details to come.

Milwaukee Brewer Game on June 2.  BrewCity CrossFit is going to the Milwaukee Brewers game!  We have the tickets and the bus all ready to go.  If you signed up already, please get your payment in.  If you didn’t sign up, we still have a few extra tickets, so let us know if you want to go.

Tough Mudder.  Sign up for the BrewCity CrossFit tough mudder team!  Just use team name: BrewCity CrossFit, and password: CrossFit.  Sign up before the price goes up again on May 1st. 

Locust Street Festival Beer Run.  We are BREWcity CrossFit, so let’s get a crew together for the Locust Street Festival Beer Run on Sunday, June 10.  It’s a 1.8 mile run with four mandatory beer spots.  Rumor has it, Edmo is going for the course record.

BrewCity Sports

Despite being undermanned, the BrewCity coed 7′s soccer team pulled off a 5-3 victory on Sunday.  Justin B played goalie in scrubs and loafers for the last 5 minutes. 

We’re planning on fielding several rec sports teams this summer.  We have a volleyball team at Horny Goat for the June 2 session.  If you’re interested in playing on the BrewCity soccer or volleyball teams, or in gathering a crew for other sports, please let us know!  Kickball?  Ultimate Frisbee? 

Noteable PR’s

Lot’s of big PR’s in the gym last week, especially in the Clean & Jerk.  Here’s a video of Pablo H. getting up 180#, which is 50# more than his previous personal record.
