WARM-UP/STRETCH: 
2 lengths high knees
20 sec Samson Stretch each leg
2 lengths butt-kickers
10 side to side leg swings
2 lengths bear crawl
10 front and back leg swings
1 length alligator walk
10 kneeling hip circles
1 length inchworm
10 each pass-thru, OHS, good mornings

STRENGTH:  Turkish Get Up
Find 1 RM

WOD:  “Voorhees”       
5 Rounds of:
13 Deadlift (225/155)
13 Dumbbell Hang Snatch Right (45/30)
13 Dumbbell Hang Snatch Left (45/30)
13 K2E
13 OH Walking Lunge Steps (45/25)
